The best Christmas dinner no matter where you live in the world is whatever Christmas dinner you and your loved ones enjoy the most.
For my family, that was turkey and/or ham with all the traditional foods one eats on Christmas: dressing, sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmallows, potato salad, cranberry sauce, other dishes and yeast rolls. Oh, and the pumpkin pie and other desserts, of course.
Then, one Christmas, my mother had the idea of fixing a big Christmas breakfast. We had eggs, pancakes, fruit, sausage, ham. bacon, fried potatoes...just about all the breakfast foods you can think of! We enjoyed it so much that it became our tradition. After that big breakfast, we have a light lunch of some of the traditional foods and still the desserts, of course!
So, whether you have the traditional Christmas dinner or a Christmas breakfast like my family. it's the best because it is what your family enjoys.
