∙ 14y agoYou don't. There are no home remedy's that work as well as the abortion pill. Abortion is more like a possible side effect of a home remedy and in some states it's also illegal not to have it done by medical professionals.

If this is in the first trimester there is not much they can do. You can go to the hospital but most likely will they send you home until it has all come out. You have to see a doctor afterwards to make sure everything is out or you can get infections.
