I am in the same situation. I have been garnished. Never received a notice or never got served. I planed on fighting back with the law but they force me to comply within 7 days. I don't even think that it's even legal. I was told 10 days. The problem is that there is no Liens between you and person you owe. No contract whatsoever. On their part, from what I have been reading, it's an illegal move. Legal aid would be some advice but freeman on the land information would be better. Lawyers are on the side of the law and will make you comply.
