It depend on what infection you have! I had a stud in my ear so I changed it to a sleeper my infection went away after about a half an our just from changing it! Sometimes just keep the earings out and it might go away but if you leave them out for too long the hole ill close over. You MUST clean them if you have an infection it helps heaps! If you don't know what to use when cleaning I know what to use you use EAR anteseptic. You can find it at a chemist/pharmacy!
