sometimes it helps me if i massage my belly, i also use one of those warm packs, it a bag filled with rice you can put it in the microwave and get it warm. You have to be careful with that though - they shouldn't be too hot it's bad for the baby, just like hot tubs and baths that are too hot. But a WARM compress and massage usually will do the trick for me. I you too, those cramps can get pretty rough sometimes
