I know that it comes from the sun roof when i pour some water it goes inside the car through the drain who knows how to fix it?

there are 4 drain holes in sunroof in the 4 corners. it sounds like 1 of the tubes that take the water away has fallen off. drop the headliner, or maybe you can reach it through the opening with a pair of needle nose plyers and reconect it.
