Put the onions somewhere where he can't get at them.
Onions won't hurt your dog.

As the previous poster said, put the onions where puppy can't get at them. You do need to be careful with dogs and onions. Onions can trigger hemolytic anemia in dogs and in some cases can be fatal.
A little onion isn't going to hurt the dog, but if your lab is like some I know, they are the original garbarators and will eat anything and everything. There is the danger your pup will eat too much and become seriously ill. So just store them in a secure place (garlic as well).
If you are concerned talk to your vet.
If your dog ate a very small amount of onion and is not showing any signs of illness, just keep an eye on them.
If your dog eats more than a small amount of onion, contact or visit your vet. They will usually induce vomiting. Depending on the amount of onion consumed, they may also need a blood transfusion.
If you had reason to look this up, then I'm sorry to tell you this but your dog is probably going to a) get really sick or b) die. Onion except in VERY small quantities is deadly to the dog. If it was a large portion I would recommend taking your dog to the vet.
You shove your hand up its bum and grab it out. one dose not simply steal food.
Yes, dogs can eat black beans. They must be well cooked and should not contain salt, onions, or garlic.
Dogs should not eat raw or cooked onions as they find it difficult to digest, but raw onions are especially dangerous.
Onions are very harmful to dogs! Do not feed your dog onions. It could mean death to him.
There are no warning signs after a dog eats cooked chicken......dogs don't die or get sick after eating cooked chicken. You only need to worry if the dog is choking on the chicken or if you fed the dog so much that the dog got a stomach ache or became overweight. If the dog is old get a vet....it's stomach may not be as strong as it used to be.
Nothing. Shrimp won't hurt a dog.
cooked poultry bones splinter as your dog eats them
yes
Many times.
Nothing happens. Too many they could get fat. They can't eat onions, chocolate, or olives.
onions might not kill it but it is not good for any dog. depending on how much it eats really matters. if it only had a small piece that should be OK but its not good for them to eat onions. If it had 1/6 of an onion or more it can be dangerous. if it had more than 1/3 of the onion the dog might throw up and you might have to take it to the vets.
because the pressure changes the color when being cooked
Take him to the vet or else he/she will die.
