You don't eat nothing if you do that you may start throw up and you may ate too much off that same thing
1. try using the bathroom maybe something was backed up in your bladder and that caused you to have a stomach ache

Actually there is something called the brat diet! the brat diet is something you eat to calm the stomach down! It consists of B=bananas R=rice A=applsauce and T=toast. these all calm down the stomach and make you feel better! also of corse you can eat crackers or soup

Aside from OTC medications, I've heard ginger is very good for an upset stomach. My neighbor - who has colitis - swears by ginger ale to soothe an upset stomach.

I've also heard parsley is good for a stomach ache.

I find grated apple really helps calm your stomach down. However, make sure you only eat a small amount to start off with if it's a stomach bug you are suffering from, if you eat too much in one go it could cause you to throw up and this would increase you stomach pain.
