If it's someone you know and love, have you told them you love them? This may help them say something the same to you. Can you hold their hand, or hug them? If they are dying, and they know it, they may not want to talk about dying. Would they like to talk to religious person? Maybe you can talk about happy times in the past, times you went out together. Often they are happy just to chat about nothing much at all. Just being there with them can be a consolation.
youre suppose to be sorry for them and pray to god
You say " I'm so sorry for your loss. Feel free to call me if you need anything, or just want to talk. " if you sincerely feel that way. Otherwise, just say " My condolences to you. "
You'd tell them how you'r there for them and you love them and (if u believe in God) say you'r going with God now and he will take good care of you.....
