If you were out all night it would probally make you gat a bad cold.....but no if you were out for a few hours then it would not hurt you...but it is probally a better idea to where leggings or tights or something like that.....thats what I do....
Wear a light north face and with this you can wear a short sleeved shirt. You could also wear a nice vest (such as a bubble vest or something like it that you can wear outside but take off later) but with this i would recommend long sleeves.
