Depends on the nature of the concert. If it is for a noble cause, I suggest something with captions, like, "Save Earth" or whatever suits the occasion. If it is a musical concert and something like, rock, it is only appropriate to wear anything which displays your interest in Rock Music and the artists playing in particular.

anyway, i have been to three VIP things at a pop concert. for my makeup i did the Taylor Swift cat eye and a neutral look.. For clothes i wore a band t shirt and some cute skinny jeans and some uggs (Christmas concert), or cute flats. You wanna look like you have fun and your really fun to be around. I recommend not straightening you hair because it comes out in a clumpy wavy mess in the end.. Make sure to keep a tube of lip gloss, paper/pictures, a sharpie, a wisp, and some gum with you.. HAVE FUN !
