Each beep means something different - One is a confirmation tone for decoding, one could be for bluetooth headset (if you have one) and the other can be a single beep which can randomly go off.
Car honks sound like beep beep because the purpose of car honks is to gain attention. The beep beep is just one sound that grabs peoples' attention when one needs it in the car.
Until it says BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!
HOW TO MAKE MY CAR BEEP
It is not illegal to ask people to beep their horn but it is illegal for anyone to beep a vehicle horn unless there is danger present. So, the act of asking people to beep the horn is not worthwhile. Also, intentionally creating a dangerous situation so that people will be able to beep their horns legally for the danger is illegal and is subject to fine and/or imprisonment.
The Taurus' and larger Fords have a traditional "two-tone" horn - a higher frequency tone combined with a harmonic lower frequency tone. I believe the smaller vehicles have only a single tone horn (might be why they sound rather wimpy)
Cause in India they honk in G minor.
When you activate beep beep press b while driving a car, and it will honk its horn
