Disconnect the hose and put a dinner knife down the hose and the weight of it should shift whatever is stuck if you "wave the hose" gently. Alternatively, if you have a vacuum that exhales air, you can try that as well.

How can you use vacuum in a sentence?

Use the vacuum cleaner to remove loose dirt from the carpet. OR: The vacuum cleaner works by pumping air out through the exhaust ports and reducing the air pressure within its dust chamber, thereby causing air of relatively higher (atmospheric) pressure to rush inward through the end of the vacuum cleaner's hose to achieve equilibrium, dragging dust and debris with it into the dust chamber. OR: Having extracted as much air as possible from a sealed vessel, the vessel could be considered to contain a vacuum. OR: If one were to enucleate a bubble of 'true vacuum' in normal space, the boundaries of that bubble would expand outward at near-light velocities, essentially obliterating normal space (converting it to true vacuum, wherein matter as we know it cannot exist).

What did Alexander godefoy do for your society?

Alexander Godefoy invented hair dryer. The hair dryer came from a vacuum, connecting the exhaust from the vacuum to a hose. Later he improved the vacuum model and created the first electric hair dryer. It looked (and was) like a whole bunch of tuba tubes that blew air into your face and your hair to dry it. This early model was later improved by Chinese scientists into the modern hair dryer we have now.

Use a wet-dry vacuum cleaner and a piece of garden hose. Take duct tape and connect the hose to the smallest nozzle on the vacuum.
