Concerning the topics in world history for US 9th graders, one large topic is US history. Secondly the history of Europe is also studied. The students will see how these two topics are interlocked.

Yes, there are two types of history that are AP courses. They are: World history and US history. The AP Exam is 3 hours and 5 minutes long. The periods covered are Pre-Colombian to 1789 (20%), 1790 to 1914 (45%), and 1915 to present (35%). The curriculum is based mostly on social and cultural history, although there are economic topics as well.
