Most likely the computer is trying to find a boot device on the USB port. Check the BIOS settings to make sure the computer isn't looking at the USB for boot data.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express#PCI_Express_2.0 Yes it should. The PCI Express 2.0 is backwards compatible with the PCI x16 1.0 and 1.1 slot motherboards. However, PCI-e 2.0 cards on 1.1 and 1.0 motherboards will not be able to run at their max capacity.
1. Choose a TV Tuner Card that will work with your computer. There are two basic types: a PCI/PCI-E (PCI Express, it's a computer expansion card standard designed to replace the older PCI bus standards.) card that is internally installed and an external Tuner Card with a USB plug. Get a card that receives HD satellite signals (though a basic analog Tuner Card can still work). 2. Install the card to your computer. For a PCI/PCI-E card, open your computer case and insert the card into an available PCI/PCI-E slot, which is located near the motherboard's base. For an external card, just plug it into a USB port. 3. Connect your satellite receiver box to the computer through the Tuner Card. The card will have an RF coaxial and/or RCA composite ports. Disconnect the receiver box's output from your TV and connect it to the card with a coaxial or RCA cable. 4. Turn the computer on. You will likely get a pop-up for the new hardware you installed. Insert the CD-ROM that came with the card and run the enclosed software. This will install the drivers needed for your operating system to run the card. 5. Start up the TV Tuner program, which you installed in the CD software's last step. If your satellite TV antenna is working and the cable is properly connected, the satellite TV broadcast will appear on the program's screen.
Nope - the two systems are not compatible.
There is no specific slot for a video card in modern motherboards. There are usually at least two PCI-E slots in which a high-performance video card can be installed. There are also usually some PCI slots for cheaper / older cards. Most desktop motherboards also have some form of graphics integrated into the motherboard.
Well if you don't need a CD Drive unplug it and attach the two new drives to that cable. You could add another IDE controller in an empty PCI slot, then you could add more drives to it.
No, Equitable PCI and Banco de Oro are two different banks.
Two other names for the system bus are: the front side bus and the memory bus.Answer; The PCI bus, and the PCI express bus
NVidia Corporation allows for SLI between 2 video cards installed and ATI Technologies incorporate the Crossfire technology to link identical cards installed even if the PCI-e specs are different, as long as you are running the monitor directly off the PCI-e 2.0 slot, the 1.o slot is merely an additional processor powered by the board or direct link to PSU.
It means there are two devices trying to use the same IRQ/port number/memory location/whatever (that's what "resource conflict" means). The part about PCI Network Controller means that one of them is, well, the network controller. If you've got a card in a PCI slot, you might try moving it to a different one; also, you might go into the BIOS setup and see if you can change the resource settings there.
