A short circuit. In a properly installed system the fuse will blow to prevent a fire.
A good earthing cirucit
current in a circuit will flow in a unidirectional manner and when it passes through a resistor in the circuit it opposes its direction
A: If there is resistance within the device it will cause to dissipate some of the energy as heat. The rest will continue
Resistance is the property of a conductor, which determines the quantity of current that passes through it when a potential difference is applied across it. A resistor is a electrical componet with a predetermined electrical resistance, like 1 ohm, 10 ohms 100 ohms 10000 ohms etc.. depending on how much current you want to pass through a circuit, you would design the circuit with the required resistors
A circuit breaker works by tripping a switch when too much current passes through it. As you may know, the higher the flow of energy, given a fixed resistance, the more heat will be generated. Because of this property, the heating of a metal strip (usually made from 2 different types of metals, so that it bends) is the mechanism for circuit discontinuation in a circuit breaker.
ac passes by repeatedly charging and discharging the capacitor. when you study ac circuit analysis, you will find out about impedance and reactance, which will allow you to compute how ac behaves in capacitors and inductors.

I don't know what the parallel circuit has to do with it. You've onlygiven me a resistor and the current through it.When 0.03A of current passes through a 1,000Ω resistor, the resistordissipates energy at the rate of 0.9 watt.
A shunt resistance is a low resistance connected parallel to the galvanometer so that a large portion of current passes through the low resistance and a small fraction of current passes through the galvanometer this saves the galvanometer from damage
When energy passes through a metal it creates an electric circuit.

this is because copper wire offers no resistance and thus electric current passes through them without producing heat energy whereas in nichrome offers a large resistance and thus the mechanical energy of the drifting electrons changes to heat energy rapidly .
