I dont know if this is still useful to you. I just read somehwere that it is simply a white crab spider and that "Crab Spiders prefer yellow or white flowers because the female can change to those colors." So sometimes you will see all white spiders, sometimes white with yellow abdomen markings, and sometimes pink because they can change colors.

SPIDER SILVER BODY STRIPED LEGS???
A black spider with yellow stripes is a garden orb spider. These are very common and not poisonous to humans.
I suggest it's a Zebra spider; a species of jumping spider. See the link I've attached below in the related links section.
The Spider's body has two parts: a fused head and thorax (cephalothorax or prosoma), and the abdomen or opisthosoma (the rear body). The heart is located at the top-front of the abdomen.
I just bumped into the same spider in my yard in a western suburb of Houston and researched it. Most likely, it was a pregnant wolf spider. They carry their eggs with them and the sac is anywhere from white to bluish in color. The one I saw had a sac that was white, light violet and blue. They carry their sacs above their abdomen to keep from damaging their eggs.
a very cute spider
