Computer RAM is all internal. it exists in the form of a long narrow, flat piece of green plastic circuitboard with chips soldered on to it. RAM cannot operate outside of the computer.
if you mean extenal memory like an external hard drive, or removable memory stick (like a USB keychain memory stick), then most manufacturers will make them. if you have Windows XP installed, you won't even need to install drivers.
