Torque-Driveâ„¢ Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATD) 1. 10W-30 preferred in 1987,88 4.3L. 5W-30 in all others.
2. 5W-30 is preferred.
3. GLS is a special gear lube, GM part no. 12345349 (5-SPD).
4. 80W-90 GL-5 is a synthetic lube; GM part no. 1052271.
5. Do not use synthetic lubricant in axles using RTV sealant.
Synthetic lubricant will chemically atack RTV sealant.
6. 80W-90 GL-5 is a synthetic lube; GM part no. 1052271.
7. Do not use Synthetic Lub in axles using RTV. Synthetic Lube
will chemically atack RTV Sealant.
Do not add limited slip additive.
8. SLF is GM part no. 12378508 (U.S.), 10953626 (CAN).
