3. GLS is a special gear lube, GM part no. 12345349 (5-SPD).
4. 80W-90 GL-5 is a synthetic lube; GM part no. 1052271.
5. Do not use synthetic lubricant in axles using RTV sealant.
Synthetic lubricant will chemically atack RTV sealant.

The front differential uses 80W90 gear oil.
They can be a tenth off.
Use an 80-90wt gear oil
The gear ratio is 3.60:1, this is for the front limited slip differential.
80-90 PL-5 gear oil
YesYes
The only place you would use gear oil is in the rear differential and or front differential if it is a 4+4. The differentials have a fill plug.
80 w90 gear oil front and rear!
The watchmakerOnésiphore Pecqueur invented the differential gear.
75W-90 synthetic gear oil
85W90 gear oil.
A tulip gear: is a gear that transfers from the c.v axle to the front differential drive gears, the tulip gear will have 2 retaining clips on each side to keep it in place.
