The mother's breast milk is best. Failing that, breast milk from a wet nurse.
If it is not possible to use breast milk, then infant formulas can be used, provided the water used to make them is clean.
I have always believed that breast is best, but a formula could work well. Try "cow and gate:complete care."

The best kind of milk for a young child is, of course, breast milk. As a child grows older, however, and is weaned off breast milk, it should drink almond milk.
