Not realizing it you bought a paint base and put it on the wall can I put a regular white paint over it. Or must I do something else first?
I imagine if you bought a base it kinda looked liked you water colored the wall!!!!!!!!!!! well depending on what type of paint you used you should still be able to paint right over that with the same paint type. but priming it first with a Valspar new construction primer ($11-14) wouldn't hurt
