EDIT: The Cheetahs skeleton is nothing like a dogs, it has an incredibly flexible backbone, elongated back limbs, elongated feet bones, shorter upper teeth to improve ventilation. The cheetah is a cat, so it is basically the same skeletal system as a domestic cat with a few minor and major improvements made to allow tremendous speed.
