Most of the time only the bones can be fossilized due to the fact that all other muscle/tissue are decomposed when they are under pressure.
Usually the hard parts; teeth, claws, and skeletons.

The most common four types of fossils are:mold fossils(a fossilized impression made in the substrate - a negative image of the organism)cast fossils(formed when a mold is filled in)trace fossils = ichnofossils(fossilized nests, gastroliths, burrows, footprints, etc.)true form fossils(fossils of the actual animal or animal part).
The areas of the body that we consider sterile are those part of the body that are not exposed to the environment. Our skin is home to vast numbers of several different types of microbes as or the openings that lead deep within. All of the organs inside our body should be considered sterile with the exception of the lumen of the G.I. tract. While the intestines are an organ inside us it houses materials that where once exposed the the environment and is home to microbes as well. Now there are times that bacteria can penetrate our organs and become infected but under normall circumstances you consider them sterile.

No one really knows what color the dinosaurs were. But due to modern analogs (Alligators and birds) we can assume that dinosaurs were green like other reptiles. But unfortunately, we will never know because it is very hard for soft-part of the body to become fossilized.
