In developing countries, people still go out door for defecation. So flies sit on feces and carry the organisms with them in there legs. There legs look horrible under microscope with many hair like stuctures on them. If they go and sit on the food they carry germs of so many diseases. Like Cholera, Typhoid, Hepatitis A, Amebic dysentry, Bacillory Dysentry and so many other disease transmitted by fecal oral route.
