What vegetable oil do you use with chocolate in a fountain?

Answer

You want to be careful about this! There are two schools of thought, one is to use as tasteless an oil as possible, such as Canola, or Corn oil.

Others like the addition of flavor by using peanut oil (watch the allergies!), other nut oils including walnut, coconut and hazelnut.

I would not recommend olive oil due to the fruit flavoring it will give.
