If your license is suspended, you should not be driving any vehicle, including a company vehicle. The company should not allow you to drive.

If the vehicle is a rear-wheel drive, the tires should be able to rotate when not in contact with the ground - unless the brake is set to stop the rotation. If it is a front-wheel drive, the tires should not rotate unless the vehicle is in neutral - likewise if 4-wheel drive is engaged.

driveshafts are all differen't lengths depending on the type of rear drive vehicle you have and the type of tranny that is in it.
Look at your rx bottle. It probably says do not operate heavy machinery or drive a vehicle. If you are feeling foggy or goofy, you should not drive. If you are feeling tired, you should not drive. This is the same as drinking and driving and you can get a DUI/ DWI for this.
Put the vehicle into 4WD? It should move on the basis of the traction of the front wheels. The rear wheels should simply free-wheel. Am I wrong?
That depends on the country in which you live. Some countries drive on the left, others drive on the right and this will affect which side you pass another vehicle.
