Pretty much just about every GM from the 60s through the 90s, and even some up into the 2000s. The larger cars and trucks used a 5x5. But the A body cars, X body cars, and even the S10 series used the 5x4 3/4. This does not include any front wheel drive cars. The new GTO used a 5x120 mm. Which is 5x4 3/4. So you have a lot of wheels to choose from.
You could either buy new hubs, or use an adapter. I would not advise the adapter option for high stress/ frequent 4X4 users.

No, a 5 by 114.3 bolt pattern will not fit on a 5 by 112 pattern. You can only use the specific bolt pattern on a vehicles tires to ensure that they will fit and be safe to drive on.

The bolt pattern for the 2007 Honda Recon is the 4/110 bolt pattern that is used on all Honda off-road vehicles. This pattern has an offset that varies depending on the span of the front wheel studs.
