You won't come across a Bible verse that reads, "This verse instructs you to obey scripture." But you will come across many statements such as these (from the New Testament only, for the sake of applicability and brevity):

Matthew 4:4 - But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.' "

Matthew 7:24, 26 - Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise manwho built his house on the rock: (26) But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:"

Luke 6:46 - "But why do you call Me 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do the things which I say?"

Luke 8:15 - "But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience."

Luke 11:28 - But He said, "More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!"

Acts 5:29 - But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: "We ought to obey God rather than men."

Acts 5:32 - "And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him."

Romans 2:8 - but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness - indignation and wrath,

2 Corinthians 2:9 - For to this end I also wrote, that I might put you to the test, whether you are obedient in all things.

2 Thessalonians 1:8 - ...in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 3:14 - And if anyone does not obey our word in this epistle, note that person and do not keep company with him, that he may be ashamed.

2 Timothy 3:14 - But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them,

Titus 1:6 - They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.

Hebrews 3:18 - And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His rest, but to those who did not obey?

Hebrews 5:9 - And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him,

1 Peter 1:13, 14 - Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance;

1 Peter 1:22 - Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart,

1 Peter 4:17 - For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?
