I only know how to get elekid and evolving it.On DIAMOND ONLY get fire red or leaf green and put it on the bottom slot of your DS.Then go to valley windworks and go in the grass.You MIGHT find an elekid with an item.Catch it.Train it and it wil leventually evolve int o electabuzz.Give it the item you found it with and trade it.It should evolve.Get it back then.
