- Selenium. 75 micrograms is all that is recommended for men. Dificiency of selenium has been proven to be the cause of some cases of infertillity, and has been known to increase sperm count by 100%. However you can over do it. Signs of taking in too much selenium is having foul breath and body odor.
- You need protein.
- Zinc as helps with the producing of Hormones and should help the body produce semen.
- Protein is not a vitamin, but that is what you would need. Sperm is made from protein.
- The vitamins you need to take to produce more semen are vitamin's C, E, Zinc and Selenium.
- I have heard that Zinc plays a crucial role in sperm production.
- You need a plant called MACA Root. It's worked magic on my count for real, look at the medical journals.
- Stay well hydrated and your body will be more able to produce semen.
