∙ 14y agoNo vitamins will actually clean weed out of your system. Only time, water, and exercise will help you rid yourself of the THC in your fat cells. Vitamins have no direct correlation with THC in the body, and as most vitamins (except A, D, E, K) exit in excess through urine, I do not expect them to assist in THC removal.

∙ 12y agoOnly in the sense that it will help keep you alive until it clears. There is no magic "cleaning" drug you can take to flush other drugs from your system. The best way to pass a drug test is not to take the drugs being tested for in the first place.
