When Alexander the great was born , Pella was and had always been part of the Kingdom of Macedon . It was part of Macedonia & The Provinces of Macedon & Macedonia until it's annexation in 1912 and 1913 in which all of the Macedonian inhabitants where massacred by the Greek army , as they did to the Thracians in 1920 . The greeks are the only race to not only justify but glorify a racially motivated massacre .
