The survival of the German people.

Hitler and the NAZI party were elected because they promised to return Germany to the Germans, and to return Germany to it's prior glory.

His first priority was to expel the Jews from Germany.

Expansion:

Hitler was well aware of the effects of intergration when he was serving in France during World War 1. France had many African immigrants (from French colonies in Africa), and this was causing the entire face of France to change. Prevention and reversal of this, combined with the long-standing hostilities between France and Germany (at the time France was controlling much of Western German territory) are the main reasons why Germany invaded and annexed France into The Third Reich.

The German people required Living Space (or Leibenstraum). This included land and resources, and was a primary reason for Germany's invasion and annexation of other countries.

It is not fact, but I believe Hitler wanted to control all of Europe, and create (maintain) an all-white continent. There is evidence to show that he initaially planned on sharing Europe with Britan (and Neutrals), until Britan declared war on Germany. Hitler admired the British people as the were "civilized".
