As he father's name was Jacques d'Arc I would assume her Real name was Joan d'Arc.

Edit: Joan of Arc is merely a English translation of her real name, which is actually Jehanne d' Arc. Her father was Jacques d' Arc and her mother was Isabelle Romée. She often referred to herself as 'la Pucelle', mean 'The Maiden'. I'm 12 and even i know that :/

Joan of Arc never had a surname. In official documents she only every went by her first name, the title d'Arc (of Arc) was only added later. After Charles VII granted Joan's family a noble title they took the title du Lays. The most accepted surname is d'Arc. Hence the full name Jeanne (Jehanne) d'Arc

It is believed that the maid of Orleans ( Jeanne D"arc or reasonable variations such as Jehane, spelling hardly an exact science in Medieval times) was her real name. Jeanne had, according to some sources a sister named Catherine, which is a good French name. ( several Saintes by that name of French Origin and also the actress Catherine Deneuve) Once a Knight is enough. Her sister did not take up the Armor and sword bit, as far as is known.

Joan's name was not Joan, 'nor did she come from a village named Arc. Joan is the English translation of Jehanne. Jehanne's name was recorded as Darc, Tart, Dark, Darx, or Tarc. A historian mistook her name as d'Arc, meaning "of Arc" many years ago. The name stuck. We cannot be sure of Joan's real last name, as Last name's were used rarely in the 1400's. And, just a note, Joan was from a place called Domremy.
