Louis Pasteur was famous for founding the science of microbiology, proved the germ theory of disease, invented the process of pasteurization and developed vaccines for several diseases such as rabies.
Pastur's experiment was to test the theory of spontanious generation (that living things can come from nonliving things) by putting boiling broth in some flasks and leaving some open and some sealed. The conclusion he drew from this is that livng things can only "appear" on the broth if they are let in. They do not come from the broth
His discovery of microorganisms present in wine and beer that turned them sour. He educated the industry that heating the wine stopped the bad bacteria from growing and stopped it from going sour.

Pasteur made brewing a more scientific procedure and showed brewers how to culture the right organisms for good beer. He also demonstrated to the wine industry that if wine is gently heated to sixty degrees Celsius for a short time, the growth of harmful bacteria is prevented and the wine does not go sour in bottles or barrels.
Pasteur then extended this to other problems such as the souring of milk. He proposed heating the milk to a high temperature and pressure before bottling. The process is now in widespread use and is called pasteurisation.
He invented a method to stop milk and wine from causing sickness , a process that came to be called as Pasteurization.
He has his own invention called today the Pasteur pipette.
The method of Pasteurization.
i don't know when, but i do think that his most famous discovery was his most famous equation. f =ma. force=mass times acceleration.
Galileo Galilei is most famous for his discovery that the Earth was not at the center of the solar system, and the fact that the Earth orbits the Sun, and not vice versa.
The most famous invention made by Marie Curie was the discovery and isolation of the radioactive elements polonium and radium. Her groundbreaking work in radioactivity led to advancements in medical treatments and paved the way for future developments in nuclear physics.
Louis Pasteur was a French chemist and a microbiologist..
Mary and Louis Leakey were palaeontologists responsible for the discovery of many fossils of early hominids. They are most well known for their discoveries of early human ancestors. Noteworthy British Archaeologists and Anthropologists in Africa.

Louis de Broglie is most famous for his ground breaking research of quantum theory, he was an eminent French Physicist and a Nobel Peace Prize winner.
I am famous for finding ancient gold.

E=mc2
The universe is expanding!
Louis Leakey
The most famous discovery he ever made: "The Theory of Relativity" which is E=mc squared His most famous invention: i reely hav no freekin clue. i cant even find it on this site.
One was the discovery of Tutenkhamen.
that traits are inherited independently
There are many famous discoveries in Darwin's work, but I would say what Darwin is most famous for the discovery of evolution.
