The alliance of Germany, Austria-Hugary, and the Ottoman Empire was called the Triple Alliance or Triple Entente. The countries in it were called the Central Powers.
They fought against a large number of countries called the Entente Forces, or Allies, including France, Great Britain, Russia, and, later on, the United States, along with many others.
The triple-alliance was formed already in 1882 and stood in opposition to the triple-entente (France-UK-Russia).
Italy never came to fight in the side of the alliance, but swapped sides to get some Austrian-ruled territories in 1915.
Those remaining in the alliance were called the central powers, including Bulgaria and the Turkish Ottomans.
