It's entirely a matter of your own opinion! Different people look for different things in a car, it's up to the individual to decide for the themselves- objectively there is no 'best' or 'worst'.
Depends on what type car you want. Muscle cars from the 60s are very expensive. Without knowing what type car you are interested in it is hard to answer your question. I personally think any Ford Mustang from that era are great little cars especially the 1964 to 1966 models.

That's a tough question but the 60s are better. You have the impala, mustang, camaro, and a bunch of other good cars. To be even more exact 69 was the best selling year. The 60s grossed well over 100 million dollars while the 50s only grossed 43.17 million.
the cars of the 60s were mainly muscle cars but there were more like the Volkswagen's, Oldsmobile's, sedan, and pickup trucks.
