The cost depends on the college. We would need to know a specific college. In 1990 I had just finished my masters three years before and it ran me 500.00 a semester at a California state university. Today that same degree would cost me approximately 5,000 a semester.
The cost of a 4 year college education was around 10,000 dollars a year. It has increased to around 15,000 dollars a year currently.
