Argus is a Dali painting in the surrealist style (also a series of Dali sketches now published) depicting a Surrealist interpretation of the Greek legend of Argos Panoptes. Argus/Argos was a hundred-eyed giant, sent by the goddess Hera to watch over a sacred heifer. The cow was actually the nymph Io, whom Hera's husband Zeus had seduced and then transformed to escape Hera's detection. The full myth can be found at Wikipedia. Each of Argos's eyes were eventually put out, and he was killed by Hermes at Zeus's instruction.
There were many maidens loved by Zeus. Some of the divine ones are Demeter, Hera, Asteria, Persephone, Leto, and Themis. The god was also said to have had relationships with numerous mortal women.

Io
Io, one of the moons of Jupiter was transformed into a heifer by Zeus' wife Hera who was jealous of his interest in her.
Io
I believe you mean transformed, as a heifer is a cow, and she instead of he. In that case it would be Io, one of Zeus's lovers.
You are no moon. You are Juno.
She was turned into a heifer to protect her from Hera.
Zeus turned Io into a heifer.
Io was a mortal woman who was favored in the sight of Zeus. He then turned Io into a heifer, to hide her from his wife. However, Hera was no fool and had set spies upon Io. After Io's transformation, Hera afflicted her with a gadfly (irritating biting fly) to torment her, as punishment.
The god loved by Zeus was Hera.
