Would depend on WHICH rifle. However, during the War of 1812, the US used the model 1795 flintlock musket made at the Springfield Armory. In terms of 1812 dollars, those cost about $10-15 each. In 2010 dollars, that would have been a couple of months wages for a skilled worker. An ORIGINAL 1795 today in very good condition would be worth about $4500.
