Absolutely none. There are more non-democratic countries represented than democratic governments.

that doesn't mean the UN doesn't promote democracy. By taking down dictatorships and sending aid to countries, that act in itself is encouraging and setting up the scenario for democratic processes.

The UN was not formulated with the goal of promoting democracy. Think about it, the Soviets were one of the founders and they certainly were not fans of democracy. Primarily it was hoped that an international organization with broad membership would facilitate open and public treaties and the like (secret agreements between countries was one cause of the escalation of WWII_. Remember, WWII was a very recent memory for the creators of the UN charter. As such, they hoped to prevent a third world war.
