At the outbreak of WWII in 1939, Nazis used Karabiner 98k rifles as they main weapons. NCOs and officers were issued MP-38 submachine guns. Regular soldiers used Walther P-38s as their sidearms while officers and NCOs used Luger P08s, usually models such as "Black Widows". They also used MG-34s as their LMGs. During the European front battles with the U.S. in 1944-45, the Germans were now equipped STG-44 (or MP-44) assault rifles and FG-42 assault rifles for the Fallshirmgewher troops (German paratroopers), the cheaper stamped steel MP-40 submachine guns (which were issued to officers, while NCOs still used MP-38s in very shor supplies), The Gewher 43, although the Kar98k was still their main rifle. The MG-34 was still issued but the MG-42 or "Hitler's Buzzsaw" was more common, a terrifying machine gun spitting out 7.92x57mm rounds at 1200rpm. There are plenty more weapons used by the German War machine at the time but this is the basics.

When America first entered Europe to fight Germany in 1944, the main grunts were issed M1 Garand semi-automatic rifles. NCOs and techinical seargants as well as other higher ranks used lighter M1 Carbines. Paratroopers were issued M1A1 Carbines with folding stocks. Officers and Captains were issued M1A1 Thompson submachine guns. All soldiers were giving an M1911A1 as their issued sidearm. Support gunners were issued Browning Automatic Rifles or B.A.R.s. Sometimes they were even giving Browning M1919A4 machine guns to carry. The 1919 and the 1917 water-cooled were the main LMGs of the U.S. The Browning M2HB was the big .50 caliber gun used for trucks and planes. The Springfield 1903A3 was issued along as a weapon like the M1 Garand in much smaller supply and the Springfield 1903A4 was the issued sniper rifle. Shotguns varied but the most common were the Winchester 1897 and the Winchester Model 12 shotguns. Some of the seldom seen models were the Browning A5 and the Remington Model 11 copy.

The British were using Lee-Enfield No.4 Mk. I rifles, which replaced their Mk III SMLE rifles for service. Their issued sidearms were Webley Mk IV .38s and Mk VI .455 revolvers and later the Webley-Fosberry .455 "Auto Revolver". Thier issued submachine guns were M1 Thompson (they were the first to be issued these) and Sterling guns. The support gunners used Bren guns and the LMG were Vickers guns built from Maxims in .303.

There are pictures and videos of German soldiers using all sorts of guns to massacre these captured civilians. 9mm pistols, 9mm submachineguns, 7.92mm belt-fed machineguns, and the standard rifle of the German army, the 7.92mm bolt action rifle called the Mauser 98.

I think many Holocaust victims were also killed by poison gas, disease, and starvation. Not just guns.
