From September 18, 1814 to June 9, 1815 in Vienna, Austria the European powers participated in a diplomatic conference ,and the conference was organized by the Austrian statesman Klemens von Metternich and proposed Sven Wenzel and organizations. The aim is to redraw the European political map after defeat of Napoleon.

The main objectives are:

to restore the feudal order deposed during the Napoleonic wars which held by European countries in the old dynasty.

to prevent France from comeback.

to stop the victors from re-division of Europe's territory.
