The exact number of slaves Harriet Tubman brought to the North is not exactly known but experts say she helped more than 300 slaves to freedom but some critics say it could be as low as 60 slaves she helped free.
Egytian slaves were almost women. And the owner of the Egytian slave was really strict to them. They didn't usually give them food and their money. So the slaves have hard times if they are slaves. Also some slaves even get beatened up by their owner if they don't work properly. * I wish this can answer your question ^^
Yes. But if you are the master you would not consider this rape. You are just telling your slave you want sex. Slaves cannot say no. (it was rape as far as the slaves are concerned as well as my Lord and God. Jesus Christ)
The Constitutional Convention said that congress could not ban slave trade until 1808.
It says" no refuge could save the hireling or slave from the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave".
The first written account of freeing of slaves is Moses leading the Israelites out of slavery, so I guess you could say they were the first free slaves.
The slave masters wanted the people (slaves) to work work and work if they even take a short break the slaves get beat up. If the slaves are sick or worthless they KILL them. And the slave masters were mean when I say mean I mean it. The slave master tie the slaves be neck and leave them bleeding.

Slaves didn't rebel on the slave ships. The slaves were chained and had to lay or sit in an odder. Slaves had to sit and lay like that for more then weeks. Some slaves didn't even make it through all of the trips. The dead slaves were more likely to be thrown of the ship to the sea. Many say that you can tell a slave ship by the sharks that follow it since everyday a dead dead slave would be thrown off the ship making the sharks have something to eat.
Slaves in the 1800's had no protection from being hurt; their owners were free to hurt them for any reason, and with any severity that they wanted to. I could say that slaves were protected by the kindness of their owners, and in fact some slave owners were relatively kind, but most were not.

In ancient Rome slaves were freed for a variety of reasons. For one, he may have saved up enough money from his tips and perhaps illegal gambling to buy his freedom. He could be voluntarily freed by his master. Many masters freed their slaves in their wills. His master might feel that a slave could be of more use to him as a freedman than as a slave. Sometimes masters, who where under suspicion for a serious crime, would free their slaves so they could not be tortured into giving testimony against him. (In ancient Rome a slave could be tortured, but not a free man). Or a master could simply be good friends with his slave and give him his freedom. The only restriction to freeing someone was that the slave had to be thirty years of age before he/she could be manumitted.
Slaves have no choices. That is why it is called slavery. They have no say as to what they do, when they do it, or how it is done. They are completely controlled by their masters.
