∙ 9y agoThe social classes of ancient Egypt could be described by a pyramid. At the top of the pyramid was the Pharaoh. The Pharaoh was the highest class. The class under the Pharaoh were the priests and nobles. Under them were skilled workers such as traders, shopkeepers, artists, and scribes. Under that were farmers and herders, the people in charge of growing the food and raising the livestock. At the bottom of the pyramid were unskilled laborers. These were the people who were not specially trained at anything.
