It may sound abseloutely ridiculous but if it really, really bad you can call and emergency dentist and get the help you seek immediately!

If it's not to bad and you just want a temporary option you could try it "the old fashioned way" just get a bit of brandy, whiskey or port and rub it on your tooth, it might not taste nice but it really does work! You can also buy temporary fillings or dentistry kits from your local supermarket, If it's bad enough I would arrange an apt at the dentist, it might not be the cheapest option but You will need a check-up at some point anyway

What you have to do if you want to make your tooth calm is make the tooth numb.

You can do this by purchasing Toothache/Gum Ache number, such as:

Anbesol

Orajel

Both are the same, but I think that Orajel burns a little more than Anbesol.
