Meth itself (including the levorotatory form found in Vicks nasal inhalers at CVS) or any amphetamine product chemically similar to meth (like Adderall or Sudafed). It really depends on how specific the urinalysis is. If they test for "meth" by looking for signs of amphetamine metabolites in general, then the Sudafed could cause a false positive. But then if they test for specific methamphetamine metabolites, then only meth would do it.

But just don't use any product containing an amphetamine of any kind (even OTC) except for ones you are legally prescribed 36 hours before the time of testing and you'll be good anyway.
