You can give your cat a chicken neck every two weeks. This helped with our cat.
ADD:
To expand, I wholeheartedly agree that raw chicken necks or wings once a week or so greatly helps with the cat's general dental health - the chewing helps keeps the teeth clean.
Bad breath could be a sign of digestion issues, or it could be the food itself. Lower quality foods usually have a strong smell to them, or high in grains and cereals (in the form of corn, wheat and others) which cats find hard to digest (this can produce bad breath or smelly stools). Try changing to a food that is free in grains.
Another reason could be a dental issue. Sadly, gingivitis and other dental diseases are becoming increasingly common in cats. One of the signs of this is very bad breath. The only way to be sure is to go to the vet and have your cat checked out.

I have many cats...I would say it might be stomach or digestion issues. You might want to get it checked out by the vet! You could try cat mints you can get them at some pet stores.

The most probably reason for bad breath could be a dental issue. Sadly, gingivitis and other dental diseases are becoming increasingly common in cats. One of the signs of this is very bad breath. Another reason for bad breath is a kidney problem. The only way to be sure is to go to the vet and have your cat checked out.

I am a girl and I thought that this wasn't true and that my boyfriend was just playing a prank on me but semen actually works. I first noticed when I was getting told by my friends that my breath smelt bad and that was after I broke up with my boyfriend. This isn't always effective but if you do have semen in your mouth, and you are able to get it beneath your tongue and near the back of your mouth above your tongue it stays fresher for a longer period of time. Water is good as well but is only helpful after you have once cleaned your teeth and throughout the day to stop your breath smelling bad again like you have when you wake up. My advice use semen only in the morning and then have water throughout the day but once you have used it don't keep it in your mouth or people will judge you, just get it in the specific areas and then either rinse it all out or swallow it and make sure you drink water throughout the day.
When a cat (or anyone for that matter) has bad breath they usually mean either tooth decay, bacteria in the mouth or they just ate something with a bad odor. If you mean bad as in a bid fishy or meaty then I wouldn't be worried. If the smell is particularly foul then its what I suggested. I owned a cat with very bad breath, foul, it ruened out to be his rotted teeth, once they were removed (by a vet) his breath was normal. a kitten shouldn't have tooth decay this young but i suggest checking their mouth.
This can be due to either roting teeth or digestive gases that are being released from undigested food or other means of irritation.
Apparently, if they chew it thoroughly, and if they eat it enough, it does help clean their teeth and gum, however, my dog just chews it a few times and swallows - so I still brush her teeth. If your dog has bad breath, consider investing in "Oral Care Gel" by Petzlife, it really really helped my dog's breath, and her tartar build up, (she's 13). There's a gel form (mint flavour or salmon mint flavour), and a spray. I bought the salmon mint, it smells a little fishy, but it's because it has omega oils. (Before that, I bought the regular one). Good luck with the smelly mouth. :)
No her feet are not smelly
Most often, tooth decay and gingivitis. You may need to have your cat's teeth looked at by the vet, and he may have to extract a few. That will help, but not completely. Unfortunately, the diet available to the normal domestic cat is not conducive to good oral health, and most cats will start to have bad breath after about age 10.

Yes, the smell of fish can indicate whether it is fresh or not. Fresh fish typically does not have a strong fishy smell. If fish has a strong, unpleasant odor, it may be a sign that it is not fresh and could be spoiled. It's important to use your senses - including smell - to determine if fish is safe to eat.
a really smelly snatch
some treats help dogs breath. Taking Baths are helpful!
Possibly a throat infection.. smelly breath and a high temperature generally means you should think about taking your child to your gp.
