If the ozone layer were to disappear, then you would see a cascade effect on Earth, where organisms that are sensitive to these various kinds of radiation would start to die off. There might also be effects on the biosphere by causing chemical reactions in the atmosphere, oceans, or soil.
Life on Earth has always been highly adaptable, so although there might well be mass extinctions and humans might die out (or shrink to tiny numbers), other life forms that can deal with this radiation or adapt to it might survive, and then evolution would progress on this basis.
This would not be good, however, and the best thing would be for human activities that deplete the ozone layer to be stopped, including pollution and the use of carbon-based fuels.
