Nothing will "happen" to them. However, as a preliminary step to your being offered employment, your entire family will undergo a complete and thorough scrutiny into their background. If employed you will probably not be able to tell anyone who you really work for. Most CIA employees, even the ones who I know well, tend to say that they work for some other branch or agency of the government (i.e.- State Department - US Inofrmation Agency - etc).
